Clinical Psychology in PakistanThe Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan This article reviews the state of psychology in Pakistan, with special reference to clinical psychology. The issues of statutory recognition, credentials required for practice, public perception of psychology, the practice of indigenous "clinical psychology", sources of payment for psychological services, and relations between psychologists and psychiatrists are reviewed.
